MIDLIFEQUAKE

STOP FEELING LOST

WHEN YOUR LIFE

NO LONGER SEEMS TO FIT

Have you reached a point where the life you've built doesn't feel like you anymore?

And, even though you're still showing up.

Working, making dinner, walking the dog...

Inside, something seismic has shifted. And you feel lost, lacking interest in the things that used to light you up. As though there’s a war raging within.

What used to matter doesn’t feel as important anymore.

You've changed. Now you're wondering whether this life still fits.

Without understanding what's happening, it's easy to spend months or years second-guessing yourself, searching for answers, and making decisions from fear rather than clear thinking.

What Midlifequake actually is

Midlifequake is a 60-minute online wayfinding session for women in midlife who feel like they've outgrown their identity, but don't yet know who they're becoming.

It isn’t therapy or processing why the change has happened. And it isn’t about making massive decisions about what to do next.

It exists for one reason: to help you see where you are after your foundations have been shaken, so you can think straight.

Not to analyse everything, or process your whole life.

You'll make sense of where you're at. And stop feeling alone with it.

By the end of the session, you'll know where you are. And when you know where you are, everything else becomes easier to understand. You can stop fighting yourself and start finding your way through.

Women Tell Me...

  • I don't recognise myself anymore.

  • I can't seem to care about the things I used to care about.

  • I keep wondering if I'm depressed.

  • I don't know whether to change my life or wait.

  • I feel like I'm grieving something but I don't know what.

  • Everyone thinks I'm fine, but I'm not.

  • I feel completely alone with this.

There could be an obvious reason for this Midlifequake.

Perhaps divorce, redundancy, deep loss, or a change in health, relationships, beliefs or lifestyle.

Perhaps the kids left home.

Perhaps you've experienced burnout.

Perhaps you're in menopause.

Perhaps you had a midlife spiritual awakening and are suddenly questioning everything.

Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all. You simply got up one day and realised you can't keep being who you've always been.

Either way, something's off-kilter on the inside — and you can't 'unknow' it.

You've tried to logically think your way through it, but that's not working, as the thoughts you're having aren't particularly helpful right now.

You might have also tried talking to friends, searching YouTube, reading books, listening to podcasts, or even ChatGPT'ing your situation.

But what's happening is difficult to put into words, hard for others to understand, and deeply personal to you.

In fact, the more opinions you gather, the more fatigued, confused and disengaged you become. And that's making it hard to think straight and feel your usual upbeat self.

You'd really like to make sense of what's going on with you before someone thinks you've lost the plot.

This is the moment Midlifequake is for

When something has changed inside you, you're struggling to make sense of it, and want to avoid...

  • Giving yourself a major life overhaul when you're already knackered

  • Appearing weak, incapable or a failure to the people that know or rely on you

  • Losing the security you've worked so hard to achieve

  • Turning to prescriptions because you aren't feeling yourself

  • Upsetting your partner, friends, family, or colleagues, because you can't manage any more conflict on top of what you already feel inside

Why I created Midlifequake

Midlifequake exists because that moment — when something inside you shifts and nothing makes sense anymore — is rarely named or explained.

In my forties, my Midlifequake changed how I saw myself and my life. For some time, I felt lost, disconnected from the person I'd always been, and unsure what came next.

For years I searched for answers. I trained in several modalities, looked at personal development, spirituality, coaching, books, podcasts and every explanation I could find.

At the time I was looking for something or someone to help me navigate uncertain terrain. I needed a framework to show me where I was, how I'd got there, and what came next.

Otherwise, how could I find my way through?

Looking back, I can see there was a pattern to what I was experiencing, and once you see it, everything starts to make a lot more sense.

Without direction, it's easy to spend months or years going round in circles, second-guessing yourself, making decisions from a place of panic, or feeling completely alone.

I know - because that's what I did! And that's why I created the Midlifequake map. A clear roadmap to help you understand what's happening, stop feeling lost, and made with the benefit of hindsight.

I still use it personally today.

And now, you can use it too - as a life raft to gather your bearings, and to find relief when you're drowning in your mind and emotions (without spending years in the wilderness like I did).

Over years of personal experience and client work, I've noticed a predictable pattern people move through when life no longer fits.

What happens in the session

We meet 1:1 on Zoom for an hour.

You talk through what’s been happening, in your own words — as much or as little as feels right.

I listen, and help you make sense of it by placing your experience on the 'Midlifequake Map', so what you’re going through stops feeling vague, confusing or overwhelming.

Together, we'll:

  • Call out what's going on: You'll get crystal clear on exactly what's happening to you and remove the fear you're failing or losing your marbles.

  • Locate where you are: You'll see where you are, where you've been, and what often comes next, helping you get on top of any worrying thoughts or emotions.

  • Identify what helps: We'll look at what tends to support you at each stage and what often makes things harder than they need to be.

My approach is different

Instead of setting you goals to achieve, or analysing you to death, I provide down-to-earth orientation during a time when life can feel confusing and uncertain.

Together, we'll join the dots, make sense of what's happening, and help you understand where you are, where you've been, and what might come next.

There's no judgement from me. And what we'll cover will save you a lot of unnecessary time, worry, and perhaps even heartache.

That's why I feel confident in promising that by the end of our session, you'll stop feeling like you're stumbling around in the dark and experience a huge sense of relief.

You'll understand what's happening, be able to put it in its proper place, and get on with your life whilst it unfolds.

And it only takes one Zoom session.

Here's what you get

  • A 60-minute private 1:1 Zoom session with me. A safe space to talk honestly about what's happening and locate yourself on the Midlifequake Map. You'll get clear on where you are, where you've been, and what steps tend to come next. After our session together, you'll also receive useful resources to help you on your way.

  • Video Presentation. A 30-minute recording explaining the map that you can revisit whenever you need reassurance or guidance.

  • Two PDF Overviews. Clear guidance on each of the map stages; what to expect at each one, and what tends to help at each point.

  • Stage-Specific Resources. Additional practical resources to support you in the first few stages of your Midlifequake; two relaxation audios, two PDF guides, and a thought provoking audio.

Midlifequake works because it removes the loneliness often experienced during major life transitions, and helps you understand where you are within the process.

You'll leave with reassurance, relief, perspective and a much quicker and clearer route through.

Most women arrive somewhere between the Tower Moment and The In-Between.

The relief comes from finally seeing where you are.

(P.S. I'm in between New Shoes and The Fool.

What you'll take away

Most people leave with a huge sense of relief because what they’re experiencing finally makes sense.

  • You'll stop going round in circles in your head searching for answers.

  • You'll stop feeling like you're going mad.

  • You'll know where you are, where you've been, and what comes next.

  • You'll feel less alone with what you're experiencing.

  • You'll be able to make better decisions based on understanding rather than fear.

  • You'll find it easier to get on with your life whilst the transition unfolds.

  • You'll be less likely to make impulsive changes that damage your work, relationships, finances or wellbeing.

And when you have that reassurance, it makes the weeks and months ahead feel so much easier to navigate.

Investment

Right now, Midlifequake is priced at just £149.

Most people spend months, and sometimes years, trying to work this out alone.

This session can save you a huge amount of time, unnecessary worry, second-guessing and going round in circles.

FAQ

What if I can't explain what's happening to me?

That's completely normal.

Most people struggle to put it into words.

You don't need to arrive with the right language or have it all figured out. Part of my job is helping you join the dots and make sense of what you're experiencing.

What if I'm worried I'm losing my mind?

Many people feel this way when they're in the middle of a Midlifequake.

One of the biggest benefits of this session is discovering what you're experiencing is often far more understandable than you think.

You'll leave feeling clearer in your mind and reassured.

What if I don't want to make any major life changes?

Good.

Midlifequake isn't about encouraging you to quit your job, leave your partner or turn your life upside down.

In fact, understanding what's happening can help prevent you from making decisions you'll regret later. Understanding where you are doesn't commit you to changing anything.

I've already tried talking to friends, family or a counsellor. How is this different?

Midlifequake isn't counselling. It's orientation.

Together we'll make sense of what's happening, locate where you are within the process, and look at what might help next.

Most people leave feeling relieved simply because things finally start to make sense.

Can one hour really make a difference?

Yes.

Midlifequake isn't designed to solve every problem in your life. It's designed to help you understand what's happening, where you are, and what comes next.

Most people experience a huge sense of relief simply from making sense of what's been so confusing, with feedback such as I've got clearer thinking and direction, feel reassured and calmer.

I’m so confident I can help you understand what's happening and find your bearings again that if you're feeling lost, overwhelmed by change, or scared that you don't recognise yourself anymore, this was created with you in mind.

You don't have to keep trying to work it all out alone.

If this feels like your next step, I'd love to help.
