A few years ago, I was invited to speak about stress and anxiety, and I shared three simple ways to start calming your system.

But what I see now, working with people going through life transitions, is this:
Stress is often a signal, not the root issue.
It’s usually pointing to something deeper shifting underneath.
Still, when you feel overwhelmed, you need something that helps in the moment.

Simple things. But powerful when you actually use them.
What I’d add now is this:
It’s not just about managing stress.
