THE⚡LIFESTORM MAP

LIFE CARRIED ON.

BUT INSIDE,

EVERYTHING CHANGED.

Have you spent months — or even years — trying to understand why the life you've built no longer feels like you?

And, even though you're still showing up.

Working, making dinner, walking the dog...

Inside, something seismic has shifted. And you feel lost, lacking interest in the things that used to light you up. Disconnected from the person you used to be.

What used to matter doesn’t feel as important anymore.

You've changed. Now you're wondering whether this life still fits.

Without understanding what's happened, it's easy to spend a lot of wasted time second-guessing yourself, searching for answers and wondering whether you'll ever feel like yourself again.

What The LifeStorm Map actually is

The LifeStorm Map is a one-off online Wayfinding Session for people who no longer recognise themselves after a significant life change.

It isn't therapy, counselling or a personality test. It's an orientation session.

Using the LifeStorm Map — a practical framework that emerged from years of personal experience, professional training and supporting women through major life transitions — we'll work out where you are in your journey, what's brought you here, and what tends to help from this point onwards.

Over time, I began noticing something surprising. Whether people came to me after divorce, burnout, illness, bereavement, menopause, an empty nest or a spiritual awakening, many described moving through remarkably similar inner experiences.

The LifeStorm Map grew from recognising those patterns and bringing them together into one practical framework that helps women find their bearings again.

Most women tell me that once they can see where they are on the map, they stop asking themselves, "What's wrong with me?"

Because, for the first time, they have an explanation that genuinely fits their experience.

When you know where you are, you can stop fighting yourself and start finding your way through.

Women Tell Me...

  • I don't recognise myself anymore.

  • I can't seem to care about the things I used to care about.

  • I keep wondering if I'm depressed.

  • I don't know whether to change my life or wait.

  • I feel like I'm grieving something but I don't know what.

  • Everyone thinks I'm fine, but I'm not.

  • I feel completely alone with this.

For many women, it often begins after a major life disruption.

Perhaps divorce, redundancy, deep loss, or a change in health, relationships, beliefs or lifestyle.

Perhaps the kids left home.

Perhaps you've experienced burnout.

Perhaps you're in menopause.

Perhaps you had a profound spiritual awakening and are suddenly questioning everything (sometimes described as a dark night of the soul).

Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all. You simply got up one day and realised you can't keep being who you've always been.

Either way, something's off-kilter on the inside — and you can't 'unknow' it.

You've tried to logically make sense of it, but no explanation quite fits.

You might have also tried talking to friends, searching YouTube, reading books, listening to podcasts, or even ChatGPT'ing your situation.

But what's happening is difficult to put into words, hard for others to understand, and deeply personal to you.

The more you search, the more confusing it becomes. Different books, different experts, different opinions...yet you're still left wondering what actually happened to you.

You'd simply like someone to join the dots and explain what you've been experiencing.

Many women dismiss these feelings for months — sometimes years — telling themselves they're overreacting, they're just exhausted, it's "just menopause", or they'll snap out of it.

But when something inside you has fundamentally shifted, trying to ignore it rarely makes it disappear.

The LifeStorm Map is for the moment you decide you're done guessing.

When something has changed inside you and you're ready to understand what happened before deciding what comes next. Before:

  • Making major life decisions before you understand what's really happening.

  • Walking away from a career, relationship or lifestyle that may not be the real issue.

  • Mistaking an identity shift for depression, failure or losing yourself.

  • Spending another year searching for answers that never quite fit.

  • Continuing to believe something is wrong with you when you're actually moving through a recognisable process.

Why I created The LifeStorm Map

There was a time when I couldn't make sense of my own life either.

In my forties, something shifted inside me. Outwardly, life carried on. Inwardly, I no longer recognised myself.

Like so many women, I spent years searching for answers through psychology, coaching, spirituality, books, podcasts and professional training. Every approach helped a little, but none explained the whole experience.

What I needed wasn't another opinion. I needed a way to understand where I was.

Eventually I realised there was a pattern. The same themes kept appearing — both in my own journey and in the women I was supporting.

Once I could see those patterns, everything changed.

Instead of feeling lost, I could finally see where I'd been, where I was, and why the path ahead suddenly made more sense. That's what became The LifeStorm Map.

Without direction, it's easy to spend months or years going round in circles, second-guessing yourself, making decisions from a place of panic, or feeling completely alone.

I know - because that's what I did! And that's why I created The LifeStorm Map. A clear roadmap to help you make sense of what's happening, stop feeling lost, and made with the benefit of hindsight.

I still use it personally today.

And now you can use it too — to gather your bearings, understand where you are, and stop wandering through this transition without a map.

Carrie Druce Coaching for Life Transitions and The dark Night of The Soul

Over years of personal experience and client work, I've noticed a predictable pattern people move through when life no longer fits.

What happens during our session

Although every woman's story is unique, I've found that the inner journey often follows recognisable patterns. The LifeStorm Map isn't about putting you in a box. It's about helping you recognise where you are so you can stop wondering whether you're the only one feeling this way.

We'll begin by talking about what's brought you here and what's felt different.

As you describe your experience, I'll help you connect the dots using the map.

Together we'll identify where you are, what's brought you there, and why your experience makes far more sense than it probably feels right now.

We'll explore what tends to help women at this stage of the journey—and what often keeps them stuck for much longer than necessary.

This isn't about telling you what decisions to make. It's about helping you understand what's happening before you make those decisions.

By the end of our hour together, you'll know where you are on the map, understand what you're experiencing, and leave with practical resources to support you afterwards.

My approach is different

Instead of setting you goals to achieve, or analysing you to death, I provide down-to-earth orientation during a time when life can feel confusing and uncertain.

Together, we'll use The LifeStorm Map to make sense of your experience, help you find your bearings, and see the bigger picture before deciding what comes next.

There's no judgement from me. And what we'll cover will save you a lot of unnecessary time, worry, and perhaps even heartache.

By the end of the session, most women tell me they feel an enormous sense of relief - not because everything has changed, but because, for the first time, it finally makes sense.

You'll be able to put your experience into context, make sense of what's changed, and get on with your life while it unfolds.

And it only takes one Zoom session.

Most women don't leave feeling relieved because all their problems have disappeared. They leave feeling relieved because, for the first time, they get to see what's been happening to them.

Here's what you get

  • A private 60-minute Wayfinding Session. Together, we’ll talk through what’s been happening, join the dots, and locate your experience on The LifeStorm Map. You’ll leave knowing where you are, what may have brought you here, and what tends to help from this point onwards — so you can stop second-guessing yourself and begin making sense of what comes next.

  • A clear explanation of the map. After our session, you’ll receive a 30-minute video explaining the full map. This gives you the bigger picture and something reassuring to return to whenever you feel lost, unsettled or unsure of where you are in the process.

  • Two practical guides to the stages. You’ll receive two PDF overviews explaining each stage of the map, including what you may experience and what tends to help at each point. Rather than trying to remember everything we discuss, you’ll have clear guidance you can revisit in your own time.

  • Resources chosen for your stage. You’ll also receive a selection of practical resources to support you during the earlier stages of a LifeStorm, including two relaxation audios, and two PDF guides. These are designed to help you settle the inner noise, process what’s happening and support yourself while the next part of your life begins to take shape.

The map works because it replaces confusion with context. You may not leave with every answer or every decision made.

But you’ll leave with reassurance, perspective and a much clearer sense of where you are — and that can change how you experience everything that comes next.

Most women arrive somewhere between the Tower and The In-Between.

The relief comes from finally seeing where you are.

What you'll take away

Most women leave with a huge sense of relief because, for the first time, what they’re experiencing finally makes sense.

You'll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of what's happened to you – and why life suddenly feels so different.

  • Your place on the map – so you'll know where you are, where you've been, and what often comes next.

  • The confidence to make decisions from understanding rather than fear – without rushing into changes you'll later regret.

  • The reassurance you're moving through a recognisable process – not failing, going mad, or losing yourself.

  • A clearer, calmer way forward – with practical guidance on what tends to help at this stage of your journey.

And when you have that reassurance, it makes the weeks and months ahead feel so much easier to navigate.

FAQ

Can one hour really make a difference?

Yes.

The map isn't designed to solve every problem in your life. It's designed to help you understand what's happening, where you are, and what comes next.

Most people experience a huge sense of relief simply from making sense of what's been so confusing, with feedback such as I've got clearer thinking and direction, feel reassured and calmer.

What if I can't explain what's happening to me?

That's completely normal.

Most people struggle to put it into words.

You don't need to arrive with the right language or have it all figured out. Part of my job is helping you join the dots and make sense of what you're experiencing.

What if I'm worried I'm losing my mind?

Many people feel this way when they're in the middle of a LifeStorm.

One of the biggest benefits of this session is discovering what you're experiencing is often far more understandable than you think.

You'll leave feeling clearer in your mind and reassured.

What if I don't want to make any major life changes?

Good.

LifeStorm isn't about encouraging you to quit your job, leave your partner or turn your life upside down.

In fact, understanding what's happening can help prevent you from making decisions you'll regret later. Understanding where you are doesn't commit you to changing anything.

I've already tried books, podcasts, counselling or therapy. How is this different?

Most approaches focus on solving one part of the problem.

LifeStorm starts somewhere else.

Before trying to fix anything, we work out where you are.

Once you understand your bearings, many of the questions you've been wrestling with suddenly make much more sense.

The map isn't a diagnosis or a label.

It's a practical framework that helps explain a pattern I've seen repeatedly in both my own experience and years of supporting women through major life transitions.

What if my situation is different?

The details of your story will be unique. The pattern underneath often isn't.

Still wondering whether this is really what's happening?

You don't need to arrive convinced you're having a LifeStorm.

In fact, most women don't.

They simply know something has changed, no explanation quite fits, and they're tired of trying to work it out alone.

If that's where you are, that's enough. We'll work it out together.

Who is The LifeStorm Map not for?

The map isn't for women looking for therapy, crisis support or someone to tell them what decisions to make.

It's for women who sense that something fundamental has shifted inside them and want to understand that change before making important decisions about what comes next.

If you're looking for reassurance, perspective and somewhere to find your bearings again, this session was created for you.

I'm so confident I can help you make sense of what's been happening and find your bearings again that, if you've been searching for answers and nothing has quite fitted, this was created with you in mind.

You don't have to keep trying to work it all out alone.

If this feels like your next step, I'd love to help.
