I’ve spent my whole adult life helping people - first in the corporate world, then in the charity sector with organisations like Macmillan and Age UK, and now through holistic mind-body-soul work.
And I know what it's like to hold everything together for everyone else, while inside something's shifting. There came a point when the old ways of coping stopped working. I felt lost, flat, and unsure of who I was becoming.
Looking back, that was a turning point. Messy, yes - but it pushed me to rebuild my inner world in a way that was calmer, clearer and far more aligned with who I really am.
The practices I now share with clients aren’t just things I studied — they’re the tools that helped me rebuild when my own old ways stopped working. They’re the same ones I now use to help others move from stuck and overstretched into steady, spacious, and strong.
