I host online sessions for people who want to work with themselves in a deeper, more embodied way — whether you’re moving through a life change, feeling stuck, wanting to let something go, or feel ready to understand yourself more clearly.
We work quietly, using conscious tools, guided journeys, and somatic, body-based practices that help settle the nervous system so things can shift where talking hasn’t helped.
Each session focuses on a simple theme — letting go, patterns, relationships, direction, connection, or insight — and gives you space to work with what’s actually happening underneath.

The live elements are held live online via Zoom in a contained group, and are recorded.
