Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive treatment that works by applying gentle pressure to specific points on your feet. These points reflect different parts of your body, so when something’s out of balance, it shows up here.
Using a foot map, we can tease out blockages, calm the nervous system, and help restore your body’s natural rhythm.
Whether you’re feeling low, tense, overwhelmed, or just craving some headspace, Hitchin Reflexology gives you time out to regroup: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Your treatment takes place in my garden therapy room in Hitchin - a quiet, leafy space that looks out over the trees. It’s calm, cosy, and set up to help you instantly switch off.
There's candles, plants, soft music, and sometimes a little extra company from my dog Betsy or my cat Jupiter, who both love to stretch out just outside the door.
