Reflexology works using a map of the feet where different areas correspond to parts of the body.
The sole of the foot contains the most reflexes — from the brain at the tip of the big toe to the lower back and sciatic area in the heel.

Your treatment takes place in my garden therapy room in Hitchin - a quiet, leafy space that looks out over the trees. It’s calm, cosy, and set up to help you instantly switch off.
Candles, plants and soft music create a calm atmosphere, and occasionally my dog Betsy or cat Jupiter can be found relaxing nearby.
People often say they feel better the moment they arrive - and honestly, that’s exactly how I feel too!
