I became a reflexologist in 2011 and over the years I've run thousands of client sessions, built a busy home practice, delivered taster sessions and pamper parties, and taken reflexology into the workplace.
And I've learnt an awful lot along the way — including plenty of things I definitely wasn't taught when I trained!
Because learning reflexology is one thing. Actually running a reflexology practice is another.
Suddenly you're the one deciding what to charge, which booking system to use, how to run your appointments, what products to buy, how to get clients to come back — and whether what you're doing is actually right!
That's why I offer simple one-to-one mentoring sessions for reflexologists.
An hour with me, whenever you need it, to talk through whatever you're currently stuck on, wondering about or trying to work out.
How much should I charge for reflexology? AKA Am I worth it? Maybe you're setting your prices for the first time, or you've been charging the same amount for years and you're wondering whether it's finally time to put them up.
How do I get more reflexology clients? Whether you're just starting out, you've got gaps in your diary or you'd simply like a steadier flow of clients, we can look at what you're doing now and where you could make changes.
How the heck do I actually run a reflexology business? Booking systems, payments, cancellation policies, timings, gaps between clients, working from home, managing your diary — all the practical bits that come with turning your qualification into an actual business.
How do I get clients to come back? Getting someone through the door once is one thing. Building a practice full of regular clients is another. We can look at the experience you're creating and how you encourage people to rebook without feeling pushy.
Am I even doing this right? How do you set up the chair? What cream or wax should you use? How do you structure the session? What do you talk about before and afterwards? How many clients is sensible in a day?
Sometimes it's the little things you most want to ask another reflexologist.

Great question!
After 15 years of doing this, I've experienced most versions of running a reflexology practice — from wondering where the next client was coming from to having a diary that was far too full.
I've changed my prices, changed my systems, tried different ways of working, added new income streams and learnt plenty the long way round.
I don't believe there's one right way to run a reflexology practice. What works brilliantly for one person might be completely wrong for another.
So I'll share what I've learnt, tell you what I'd do if it were me, and help you work out what makes sense for you, your clients and the kind of practice you actually want.
