Most people have certain situations where they don’t quite feel or act like themselves.
At first, you brush it off. Tell yourself you’re just stressed, anxious, emotional, awkward, or overthinking things. But over time, these patterns start shaping your life.
You might start to avoid things. Replay conversations on the drive home. Talk yourself out of opportunities. Change depending on who you’re around. Try to keep everyone happy, or come across the 'right way.'
Maybe you nervously bite your nails. Vape, even though you want to stop. Are sick of worry around uncertainty. Or put up with things you promised yourself you wouldn’t anymore.
And even when part of you knows you’re probably overthinking the whole thing, you still react the same way anyway.
That’s the frustrating bit. Because deep down, you know there’s another version of you in there somewhere.
A calmer, more confident, more grounded version. One that doesn't hold back, second guess yourself, or shrink in situations that used to throw you off.
Not a different person. More you.
Take a look below at the ways I can help you shift these unhelpful patterns ⬇️

Feel self-assured in situations
where you normally lose yourself
"This really works"
I am pleased to say that after my therapy
I have not wanted to smoke.

"More self confident"
It made me feel much better and more confident.

"Slept brilliantly"
Which I haven't been able to do now for months.
