Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy helps you access a natural altered state of consciousness - called trance - where your subconscious becomes more open to change.
You’ve been in trance before: driving on autopilot, scrolling for an hour without realising it, or getting totally absorbed in something. Hypnosis just guides you into that state on purpose - so we can update the old programming running your thoughts, habits, and reactions.
This isn’t stage-show silliness or mind control. It’s deep relaxation and focused suggestion that helps you shift patterns, release blocks, and respond differently to things that used to throw you off. It’s safe. It’s effective. And yep, it feels a bit like magic.
Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT, or tapping, is a simple but powerful technique that helps release emotional and energetic blocks from the body. It works a bit like acupuncture, without the needles, by tapping on specific meridian points while speaking to what’s really going on underneath.
We use it to calm the nervous system, shift stuck emotions, and rewire old patterns in the subconscious. You tap, speak the truth, and the charge around the issue starts to fade fast.
It’s great for anxiety, cravings, fears, stress, emotional pain, or when something just keeps looping and you can’t think your way out of it. It might look weird, but the results speak for themselves.
Energy Medicine
Energy Medicine is one of the oldest and most effective ways to shift stuck patterns at the root. It works on the invisible layers - emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic - where everything begins as a thought, feeling, or idea.
In each session, I guide you into my medicine world - a deep shamanic space where your system can fully relax and receive the healing it needs. From there, we work with energy to clear blocks, restore flow, and bring you back into balance.
It’s subtle but powerful work that bypasses logic and speaks straight to the root of what’s been holding you back.
Health Coaching
Health Coaching supports you with the foundations - what you eat, how you relax, and how you manage stress.
I use clean eating principles and nervous system tools to help calm the body and bring things back into balance.
You’ll learn how to nourish yourself, build in rest, and respond to life with more steadiness instead of spiralling or shutting down. This is the physical layer of my work - steady, grounded, and essential.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching helps you move forward when you’re stuck, second-guessing yourself, or just feeling off - even if you’re not sure why. It’s goal-focused and practical, supporting shifts in your health, work, relationships, or habits using the strengths you already have.
We look at your thoughts, patterns, and behaviours so you can stop running on autopilot and start making choices that feel more aligned with who you are and where you’re heading. It’s about building real change - one grounded step at a time.
Meditation
Meditation helps you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the present moment. It’s not about clearing your mind or sitting perfectly still - it’s about creating space in the noise, so you can focus, think clearly, and respond instead of react.
It supports better sleep, stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity. With regular practice, it helps you stay grounded when things get busy or intense.

Neuro Linguistic Programming
NLP helps you rewire the unhelpful patterns running in the background, so you can respond differently, make better choices, and get new results in your life.
Think of your brain like a computer. From the moment you're born, it starts downloading beliefs, habits, and reactions based on your experiences. Some of those old programmes are still running, and they’re not all helpful.
NLP works at the subconscious level to spot what’s outdated, shift how you see things, and create new patterns that actually support who you are now - not who you were back then. It’s powerful, fast, and creates change that sticks.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a hands-on treatment that uses pressure points on the feet, hands, or face to support the whole body. These points act like a map - each one linked to different organs, glands, and systems.
By working the areas that feel out of balance, we help clear blockages and get your energy flowing again. It’s deeply relaxing, non-invasive, and surprisingly powerful.

Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual Coaching supports you through the messy, in-between chapters, when you feel lost, overwhelmed, cracked open, or like your old life no longer fits.
It blends intuitive coaching, somatic tools, and spiritual principles to help you process what’s happening beneath the surface - emotionally, energetically, and mentally.
Each session gives you space to talk, feel, unravel what’s stuck, and take grounded steps forward. You don’t need to be spiritual (and it’s not religious) - just ready to go deeper. This is support for when life gets weird, wobbly, or wildly transformational.
Tarot
Tarot helps you tune into what’s really going on beneath the surface - past patterns, present energy, and what’s ready to shift. It’s not about telling the future. You’re always in charge. You have free will. The cards just show you what your soul already knows.
I use Tarot as a practical tool for transformation - not predictions. It’s especially helpful when you feel like there’s nowhere to turn for answers, or your head’s too busy to hear your own intuition.
The cards cut through the confusion and offer grounded insight so you can move forward feeling more like you. Perfect when you’re feeling unsure, stuck, or craving a deeper perspective that actually makes sense.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice where you lie down, close your eyes, and fully let go. It’s not about focus or effort - it’s about surrender.
This isn’t your typical yoga. There’s no movement. Just stillness, rest, and a deep inner journey that helps calm your nervous system and settle your mind. It’s especially helpful if you find it hard to switch off, struggle with sleep, or need a break from overthinking.
Yoga Nidra gives you space to stop gripping and start softening. All you have to do is lie back and listen.
